Definitely wait!!! Just give him an ultimatum, if he wants to be with you then he needs to respect your beliefs. Tell him its making you really uncomfortable with him and you might have to break it off if he doesnt stop pressuring you. Too many risks are involved in sex just to go around giving it to guys because they ask for it. Tell him you dont want to end up getting an STD or getting pregnant, that should scare him.
