What do you do when your best friend is kind of blowing you off and when you aren't hanging out anymore. I miss her and don't want to let go.

Call her up on the phone or go over to her house and say "hey we havent hung out in a while lets go out tonight" and tell her you miss her

what should i do my friend is mad at me for some reason really upset might lose my best friend :(
