you can still be friends with them but get other friends too...and if you dont want to be like that then if they decide to do that stuff when you are around be like no i dont do that stuff and leave...soon they will figure out not to do that around you and maybe some day you can help to get them to stop

I care a lot about what my friends think of me. I was preppy, and I want to go punk. I got some cloths liek element shirt and volcom and stuff. But when my friends get mad at me they call me poser, even before I got this new stuff. They also say I hav real bitchy attitude. And this past summer a lot of family issues happened, and my friends know that and still call me a bitch. Do they really mean it when they call me a bitch and a poser? Or are they saying that just because there mad? I told them how when they say that it hurts and they dont seem to care. And me and one of my best friends just got into this big fight! She has been ignoring me and calling me bitch and poser. But were friends again.... Do you think she styll thinks that? Or was she talking out of anger? i was in the same boat i was really preppy and i started wearing like hurley and roxy and some people wre like POSER i was just like what ever and ignored them i mean if htey are gonna fight with you over a style then they are not true friends...now i wear a lil hollister a lil element and no one says any thing cause they know my mind is set and they know that it is just me... good luck
