im friends with two girls who are best friends, stacey and olivia. i met olivia through stacey, and lately i have been hanging out with olivia pretty often. the two are still best friends, though. i don't have a problem with it. stacey called me and wanted to go to a movie, but i said i couldn't because i already made plans with olivia, which i did. she got annoyed. does she have a right to be upset with me because i made plans with her best friend? i invited her, too, but she was mad that i didn't want to do what she was doing.

If she's actually mad at you then that's a little immature. she's probably just a little jealous and upset because y'all made plans in the first place without her, and that's completely understandable. but you said that she was mad that you didnt want to do what SHE wanted to do, and that's stupid on her part. hope i helped

I want to have a lot of friends. I have virtually none now. The only reason is because when i started dating my boyfriend i kind of stopped hanging out with friends. With the new school year approaching in August i want to become popular friends with all. Any tips or any usefull pointers??

what do u look for in a friend

Well i suggest that when school starts you get to know the people in your classes so that you can become friends with them!
What i look for in a friend is someone i can laugh with and be myself with/say anything around/tell anything, someone who is loyal and nice and real. Good luck!! Just be open, it's really easy to make friends, and almost everybody is open to having another one because you can never have too many friends!

okay.. soo.. im 16, my birthday was june 6.. im having a party this weekend. we waited so long bc i had basketball camp. okay.. so im a cheerleader and a basketball player. for my party im inviting the cheerleaders and basketball players. im not friends with to many guys, bc i have a boyfriend and like all the guys are scared of him bc hes a football player and hes strong looking and all. but im not sure if the cheerleaders are friends with the basketball players. im closer with the basketball team, but i dont want the cheerleaders feeling left out. so do you think its a good idea to have both come?..
and its a swimming party, what are some things to do? i have a HUGE yard, ideas?(( and im inviting some guys, but not a lot. only ones im friends with.))

Yes i think it is a good idea to invite both your basketball friends and your cheerleading friends! They can get to know eachother it will be fine! I know that when my friends bring new friends to hang out with our group i'm always happy to meet them and it wont be awkward because they are BOTH friends with YOU which is who they are at the party for.

I think some things to do are have like a theme or something! My friend had a pool party for her sixtenth birthday a while ago and she had like a mexican theme...we all wore those mexican dresses like:
http://www.elinterior.com/gallery.html
(scroll down a little...like the purple dress if you know what i'm talking about)
And she had like mexican food served like queso for apetizer and quacamole. then like fajitas for the meal. and she had those drinks like http://images.google.com/images?um=1&tab=wi&hl=en&q=jarritos which you can buy at the grocery store!
And then she already had like floats in the pool and stuff so we swam while the food was getting ready then ate then opened presents, had cake, hung out a bit longer, and then left! Good luck!!
