Hi,
Being more outgoing takes a little bit of creativity. With your friends maybe you find out (if you dont already know) things that they like to do. For instance, lets say one of your friends likes to go bowling. Ask him/her if they would like to go do that on one weekend. It will make for great conversation and you will have fun. Bring your camera to take pictures. Go to the movie theatre, have a girls night out. If you dont have any money just a simple how was your day and let them know you want details good or bad. This will allow your friends to be more open to you and you will have more to talk about with them. You may have the chance to make someone's day brighter simply by talking. Hope it helps!
