There's not really much to say about me. My name is Melissa, but I perfer Mel. I'm still in school..and that's all you will know about how old I am. Hopefully I'll be able to answer your questions, but if not..well, your out of luck. Go find another advicenators page, then. =)

advice

say someone picks on you and such.. and makes rude comments, how do you stand up for yourself? because i dont have the confidence to go and say something if they were to say something to me or my friends? how do i gain the confidence to do this or what do i say? i dont want to sould like a prissy so any tips?

I sit beside this really gross, perverted guy in class who all the time makes rude and innopropriate comments to me. What I do to stand up to him is either agree with what he's saying (ie "Your mom was hot last night, Mel" "Of course she was") or pretend to be nice to him (ie "You wanna have sex, Mel?" "No, thanks."). Usually he'll back off and I feel a bit more cofident. Either that or he'll, in return, act a bit more humane towards me.

Hopefully this helps!!

...I'm wondering if dating my best guy-friend is the best thing because I've heard that you'll never be friends after but as I've said before...I've dated one of my other friends and we broke up and we're still good friends...The thing is...with this guy...I never really liked him before but now I feel as though I can't spend a day without talking to him...Is it a good idea to date him....

It depends how close you and your guy friend are. My best friend (who happened to be a guy) and me tried going out for 5 months and we recently broke up. We're still friends but it's just not the same. If you still want to be bffs even if you break-up, I do not think you should date him.

But if you really really really like him and feel like you'll die if you don't get a chance to date him, then go date him, girl! =)
