Febrile seizures are, quite simply, seizures caused by fever. They occur in 3-4% of all children. The condition for calling them febrile seizures is that they are associated with fever, and not associated with any disease of the brain or its coverings. The important thing is, they are not a form of epilepsy, and most children prone to febrile seizures do not develop epilepsy.
Febrile seizures are triggered off by fever in children between the ages of 6 months and six years. Sometimes, the fever is brought to notice by the seizure. Occasionally, fever follows the seizure. We don't know why some children react thus to fever, but we do know that these seizures are usually harmless, though scary.

Q: im a 16 year old female.

Ask Ashley that you miss doing things with her..and you really want to hang with her.. and maybe you can ask her hey we should go to arizona together like o'l times.. and if she says "well bethany is coming this year" ask if you 3 can all go together.. and someone can have more than 1 best friend you know..

Q: my best friend and i have always stuck 2gether, but lately she found this other friend who she keep on hanging out with...i know that you are allowed to have more than one close friend, but i kinda feel hurt that she rather hang out with that girl then me. She has been totally ditching me lately. she acts like i am her best friend when the other girl isn't aroung though, but not the same as she used to...please don't tell me to forget about her because i just can't...please help...

Well i have the same problem with my friend carly.. i don't feel hurt or neglected but u kno just kinda bored wen evr she hangs out with her other friend what i think you should do is call her lyk everyday and on the days u call her ask her if she want to hang out if she says she is gunna hang with her other friend ask if you can tag along with them try to make more friends and remind her about the old memorys you guys shared hanging out together.. and then she will maybe realize that you and her have some catching up to do..?? try that^^

Q: I have a "friend" that is sort of mean to my other friends. She excludes them and is very posesive of me. She gets angry when me and my 2 other friends do things together, without her. My other friends basically hate her, but i don't want to break the friendship off because i don't want to make an enemy. I hat being stuck in the middle!!!

Well this is a very tough answer because i would say don't be friends with her any more but that might make things worse.. it's very risky but i think you should sit down and have a talk with her about the problems and try to sort things out between you and her..
