You should just sit down with her and tell ehr if she wants to date him fine bu when she gets her heart broken or gets cheated on that you dont want her to come back and say any thing to you about it because you already tried to tell her.

Well i think that you and briana are just together way to much and you should spend some more time alone maybe if you both have boyfriends you should hang out with them more often or if you guys dont have boyfriends you should just try and find one and just see how everything works out.
