My best friend just found out she has a brain tumor its only 1% cancerous so thats a good thing but I dont know what to tell her I dont want to cry in front of her because Im afraid that will make it worse and I dont want to brush it off and act like I dont care either. Please help me. (link)

I had a similar experience so I can definitely relate. There isn't much you can do except be there for her. Let her know that you're sorry this happened to her and that you hope she gets better. Then, occassionally ask her how her treatment is coming along.. show you're concerned.
