what are some exercises that you can do that will help you become more flexible so that you can do the splits? thanks!

okk just practice and stretch

my friend had this problem too and one thing that helped her is just go up to a wall and like stretch each leg up against it while your standing.. i dont know if that makes since but it really helped my friend
