hi brooke,i've known my best friend since 3rd grade.she's really sweet and she's fun to be around!!i'm 12 years old and and going to the 7th grade!! well this year my friend met this girl named ashley reavis!! she's a total prep!! well she's alwayz talkin about my friend behind her back.she copies my friend's homework and she loves putting other people down.well everytime i talk to my friend b/c she's changed a little,she's says i'm hurting her feelings.i don't try to but i want my old friend back!!!sorry so long.what do i do? thanx if you can help me.and may i have your e-mail b/c i need someone to talk to.thanx yoy!! Well i think you should talk to you friend in person alone. Either at your house or hers. Tell her the things this "prep" girl is saying about her and show her the mean things she does. If your friend is really the kind of friend you say she is she will come around and she will realize that you are right. Good Luck!

Tell her what she did really hurt you and that your cant let her be your friend because she might do it again. I know ending friendships are very hard you everyone but if you feel that you cant be her friend then you shouldnt have to be. dont be all mean and say somthing like "I DONT WANT TO BE YOUR FRIEND YOU UGLY PERSON!" say it calmly, she might be very upset or angery. She might want to talk about it or she might just storm away. If she wants to talk about it tell her your reasons and your feelings. Talking about it might give her and you a better outlook on your ending friendship...who knows talking about it might bring you to realize that the thing she did wasnt really worth ending a friendship over. PS-if what she did was about some boy...dont end the friendship, you will regret it.
