I have a project for History Latin America which is due Wednesday this week. I basically have no idea how to start writing it or how even to write a draft.
I've tried everything from using my brain to think of possible ways to do this assignment but I just couldn't do it.
Here's the question pertaining to the Latin America project....
Should we or shouldn't we have a lieutenant governor in New Jersey? Present both sides. Also, the pros and cons of lieutenant governor.
Please reply soon and any help from all of you will be great. Thanks! (link)

Well the first thing to do is to study the idea. Find out what a Lt Gov. does. Then look into the state of the government in New Jersey as well as things on civilian levels. Look anywhere you can and see how NJ having a Lt Gov. would effect different situations in New Jersey from the state of the government to how it will effect the people and all situations that a Lt Gov could possibly effect. I'd also look into how Lt Govs. have effected other places to more fully expand your knowledge of the subject.
Take plenty of notes in your research. When you have all that important info written down and in one place then read it over, emerse yourself in the subject and learn it.
Then ofcourse you begin writing from there. Keep the notes on-hand for reference if you need them. Write the introduction first (to explain what the project is about and to catch the readers' attention).
Then take one specific issue and write your heart out about it. Depending on how many words you need in the project over-all, that first writing could be a paragraph of 10 lines or several pages of paragraphs. I'm guessing since it is a project that you'll need to delve into each detail of the issue and write it out as clear and concise as possible.
And then you take another issue that is created by the Lt Gov. question and do the same. Keep doing that until there's nothing else to write about. And there will be your project.

Hey. WeLL, I have a lot of stress on me right now. I have a math project and a book report to due, and I only have 3 more days tp finish including today. The book report is not only writing the book report, but you have to make a cover for it, reading notes, web organizers, etc. And in the math project you have to make graphs, research, solve problems, etc. I really want to make staright A's this quarter, and I think that if I don't complete these 2 assignments that it will bring my grade down, and everytime I think of that I have emotional breakdowns where I keep on crying, and I can;t control it becuse I keep on thinking negative without thinking positive like I should be doing. Can anyone help me get through this on a positive note. I'd really appreciate it. (link)

I've been in these situations. There's plenty of advice but the only thing that works for me is positive thoughts from others and one simple piece of advice:
Find enjoyment in the work. Make yourself like what you're doing in some way. Enjoy it so much that you just have to do it.
Good luck and feel better. I've been there and I know how hard it is. I really hope you feel better.

Stick with it if the subject interests you. Don't give that teacher the satisfaction of running you out of there.
I'd suggest talking to a guidence councilor. They're trained to be sensative to you and should help you out greatly.
