OK when i wake up i have really bad bags under my eyes. Anything i can do thats easy and doesnt take awhile to get them to go away in the mornings? PS i dont wear fondation so dont suggets it. (link)

i GOT THiS FROM THE MOViE THiRTEEN FREEZE A SPOON AND PUT iT iN THE FREEZER OR ABOUT 15 MiN TAKE iT OUT AND PLACE iT UNDERNEATH YOUR EYES!
