I bought this new Easter dress from rue 21. It'd white lace at the top and a salmon-y color at the bottom. Well the problem is I need shoes but not sure what matches that. I already have some tan sandals from last year would that work?? _(link)

I would say white shoes would probably go best with it, but I'm sure tan sandals would work fine with it too. Have a great Easter! :)
