what are some good stores that sell cheap clothes? clothes that are pretty and something a teenager would wear.. any suggestions?

hey, well the first place i would go to is forever 21, their cloths are not expensive and are really cute... Other places you can try are ross, old navy, tj Max, maybe JCpennys>>
