Yes. It's illegal to give the colored contacts without a prescription, because it will damage your eyes.

Try for colors that bear the word "nude" in the name. Nude pink, nude beige, nude nude nude. It's all neutral, it looks more natural, and you don't really have to do that much with it.
Ok i just went to a hair dresser like an hour ago and got my hair highlighted. I wanted think dark blonde chunks and she ends up giving me these really super bright light blonde streaks. I hate it and i did it even tho my mom said not to...i didnt think the lady would mess it up. Well i came home and washed it like 3 times and its not lightening up. Someone plz help me, i dont know what to do, ill rate a 5. I cant dye it again, my moms not gonna let me.
Oh my lord.... Um, I hate to break it to you, but if your hair is changed to a lighter color, there's no washing it out. Your hair has been permanently altered. You can, however, dye your hair. Since your hair will already be a bit iffy because of the bleached streaks, you might want to wait a couple days before doing it. What you want to do is find a permanent hair dye near the same color as your natural hair, and get your mom to help you so that you don't miss any areas. You can buy a box of hairdye at any grocery store, near the hair fixatives and shampoo and scrunchies and stuff. Since you have the bleached streaks, you'll probably end up with much lighter highlights than the rest of your hair, so even though it won't be the look you originally wanted, you'll still get the two-tone effect.
ok I'm a rocker . And I usually wear all the dark eyeliner and eyeshadow . But , I have really light brown honey-colored eyes . What should I do for makeup ? I have black hair , light brown/hazel eyes , and I'm pale with some freckles . And my hair is short , layered , and flippy . I don't want to look like the old way anymore . I want to look better and change my appearance .

CURLING IRON! If you usually have straight hair, then luscious ringlets will make everyone adore you. People love it when you do something new and pretty to your hair.
well my hair is like a bit past my shoulders and its kinda frizzy or like idk it doesnt stay straight and isnt very smooth/silky... or like it will always dry out when I dont blowdry it or itll just kinda go different ways at the end even when I do. I dont know what to do about it if you could help that'd be great. thanks :-)
Ah, the frizz hair. It is a time that all wavy-haired maidens must face. Never fear.
The first thing to do is try a different shampoo/conditioner. I like Suave, but usually L'Oreal products work well too.
Next, get a paddle-brush that has the nubbies, not the bristles. That kind of brush tends to smooth your hair out a bit easier, (I should know, mine can get extremely unmanagable!), and it distributes the natural oils in your hair that make it shiny and smooth.
Third, start using infusium spray-in conditioner at every time you wash and condition your hair, it'll smooth you our even more.
If these don't bring you satisfaction, then go to the grocery store and buy a hot oil treatment kit. It's not as scary as it sounds, lol. Give yourself a spa day and do the hot oil treatment once a month.
Hey, I have a question about my hair. My hair is naturally wavy, but not curly. When I try to blow-dry it straight, it never comes out right, and one side of my head is wavy, and the other is straight. Sometimes I straighten my hair, but I don't really have a ton of time in the morning to do that. Do you have any suggestions of what I should do with it (Possibly even something I could do at night and sleep with it, or something I could do in the morning but it won't take too much time)
Hey, I have the same problem. Wavy hair is sexy! If it's already long, good for you! If not, well, grow it out past shoulder-length. Get yourself some layered bangs to frame your face, and start using infusium spray-in conditioner after you wash your hair with your normal shampoo and conditioner. If you want, you might try to dye it a couple shades darker, or try a few shades lighter.
