it sok if its heavy just wear a thicker pad. if its like out of control. then tell your mom how bad it is. she'll know what to do. moms are cool like that. =)

cut your calories in half. eat smaller portions. and im sure your not fat you may just be a little over weight. thats how it is for me. well anyways exercise on a regular basis. dont do anything hard just little things at first and then work your way up. i.m. mefor more help.

its normal. every girl gets it eventually but it doesnt really mean that your going to start your period anytime soon. you usually start your period around the same age your mom did so if she started hers around 12 or 13 then you will too. dont worry nothing is out of the ordinary.
