Okay, well I just got mine, tonight...and I am NOT telling my mom. At least, not yet. I just have a few questions about periods....
1. How often should I change them?
2. Should I wear them to bed?
3. How many should I carry with me?
4. Where should I put them? I don't carry a backpack...or a purse.

1. Depending on how "heavy" your flow is you should probably change them every 3-4hours.
2. yes you should wear them to bed because you willhave a mess on your hands if you don't. you can get special ones for when you sleep.
3.if your at school you should carry 2-3 just in cases.
4. i guess put them in your pocket or start carrying them in a purse

OK so I have my period, and Im really just not in the mood. You know cramps all that fun stuff. But what I really wanna know is well... this is embarassing but I wanna shave down there and every time i try the hair gets stuck inside the blade and it really hurts. What am I doing wrong?

If you want to shave down there then it's easier to cut the hair before you shave. Take some scissors and CAREFULLY pull the hair straight out and cut it shorter. Then try to shave it. It works for me!

my boobs are uneven one of them is smaller. i have to wear padded bras to make them even! is this normal?thanks appriciate it (link)

My friend is the same way. I was like that too. My mom's a nurse so I ask her alot of stuff. She just said that like 40% of women have that problem and usually when you stop going through puberty they even out... Not always but usually.

ok i have been on a diet for 2 weeks now and i've been doin real good but now its realyl hard..like i have been eating some thinks i know i shouldnt but i cant help it. does anyone have any suggestions that will help me stick to my diet? thanks:) (link)

I used to diet and all that stuff too. I snacked all the time. Like ALL the time. It was hard for me to stop my cravings. So my friend told me that if you chew on ice cubes it helps the cravings. I don't like just plain water so i add lemon jucie to them or i freeze crystal light juices.. (They only have like 10 cal and no sugar). It's really good. Also, before you eat/drink anything unhealthy drink 2 full glasses of water and then you won't feel as hungry. I hope these help.
