Honestly. I'd call the cops and have them arrest you for indecent exposure.
I used to work at a major amusement park and it really pissed me off when women wouldn't cover up while breast feeding in public (There are certain things parents should have control over their young children seeing, that's one of them). So I'd call security for the park and have them sit with the exposed until the police arrived.
