I give my friends a lot of advice on a variety of different things and while I'm at work, I tend to be quite bored and don't have much to do so I was surfing the net and found this site and thought it might be interesting. I've been through a lot...so I think I can help some people out...

does anyone know where i can find a link where i can find the course requirements for a major in multimedia? also, where can i find how much multimedia people make in annual income? (link)
You posted this a while back, but I thought maybe I could help out a little. Major in Multimedia, I'm assuming you mean Communications...Media as in Tv, Print, Film...etc. The way to find course requirements for a major in this you would need to find the university first you are interested in and then go to their website, then find a link for Departments and Programs, from there you should be able to find a particular college within the university that has Communication or possibly a College of Communication. At my university the Communication department is part of the College of Arts and Letters. Once you find the Communication College or Department, look under undergrad programs. There you should find a list of majors. Then look for program requirements. There you should find a list of classes you will need. You will most likely be shown a list of several different categories and some of the courses listed under specific categories you will need ALL of the courses, others you will just choose. ALSO, on top of those courses you will need to find out what the University requirements are (Core classes...math, science, language, english, etc) in addition to other special College requirements. My university in particular you need 120 credits for a BA in Communication, maybe a few more depending which program you choose and each class is 3 credits. As for salaries, that depends on where you live and what exactly you want to do. Multimedia is a broad field so you'll have to look into what position you'd want exactly. You can do a google search for careers in Multimedia to come up with a list of possible jobs and then I'd recommend a site like Monster.com to just do a test search for jobs in your area and what they offer typically. Bear in mind too if you're just starting school now, salaries will change and while you're in school I'd recommend an internship or two...in that field it helps a great deal. I wish you the best of luck!!! I'm graduating in December finally with a degree in Media and Cultural studies...so I've been through all of this already. take care.

I've just moved in to Univeristy, and my room is really bad. There is only one shower between 18 people, the kitchen is tiny, and there's so little natural light in my room that you can't read without artificial light. I've picked up a form to apply for a change of room, but I don't know whether I should go through with it, as moving would mean I'd move to a new corridor where people have probably already formed friendship groups and cliques, whereas here I already know people. Do you think it's worth the hassle of switching? I have seen other rooms around my campus and they are, without exception better than the one I have, so there's no real risk, it's just a case of it being worth the hassle of having to move all of my stuff after having moved it in just a few weeks ago. Rooms don't really matter much. Its not like you'll be spending much time there...ideally. :) You can always study and read in the library. As long as you have a bed, what does it matter. Moving is always a pain.

I want to start taking double courses and graduate very early because in a weird way i cant stand high school. I need to go to a different place and begin something new. My Question: Does anybody know of any reallly good schools in New York State, Pennsylvania area? PLEASE help me here .lol thank you so much!

A friend of mine did the same thing. The problem with going to a regular university is that you'll be dumped in with the older crowd and be excluded most likely. My friend ended up going to a school called Simon's Rock, its in Great Barrington...Massachusets I wanna say. Its for gifted students or whatever, but also a college so people of all ages go there. She loved it and finished college a year early and went on to an Ivy League school after there. High school sucks...yes...I wish I had left early too. :)
