13/f Ive played basketball for 5 yaers but this is diffrent i realy wanna make the JV squad and lets just say since last season ended in March ive done alot if couch sitting and junk food eating...what can i do to get back in to shape...tryouts are November 4th (link)

u shoudl go to the gym and shoot some hoops and then work out a lil and eat a lil healthier
