i'm a runner, but lately i have been lazey and i don't want to come home from school and run... but i love it and i am really good... now that my coach is hurt he won't be running for 3 weeks so i have to find a way to motivate myself since he is like my only running friend that calls practices and stuff. How can i motivate myself more? thanks (link)

Be honest with urself. set rewards for every time u run. And always push a little harder each time. Sometimes we like to do things, but we dont do them because we dont want to do them. always ask me more advice at MiStEr.SOxx.
