soccer is coming up soon.... i need to get in shape... really bad. whenever i run now i feel i get out of breath a lot easier. and i think my leg muscles decreased, i lost a lot of weight. what can i do do get in shape, and increase my muscles (mainly leg muscles.. although arm muscles would help for my throw-ins)?

I play soccer too! Everytime it starts again, I'm out of shape too! To get back in shape...I'd exercise much more if I were you! It might be ahrd at first, but it will all be worth it in the end! Keep running too, because you have to get use to it, there is a lot of running in soccer! LOL! I hope I helped!
