You need to talk to the Mother about this. Ask her what discipline you can use. If she agrees, make him sit down for 10 minutes, no tv, nothing. When you allow him to get up, and if he does it again, make him sit for 15 minutes. Take that toy away that he throws. You are in charge of him, and he needs to realize that. But you need to talk to his parents.

okay so our next door neighbors moved and the new ppl that moved in just had a baby. how can i let them knoe that when ever they are confortable leaving their child with a bby sitter that they can trust me? i mean i havent talked to them face to face since they've moved in and their never outside. please help me asap

When and if you ever see them outside, take the time to walk up to them and introduce yourself. Get to know them. Bring up the subject that you could babysit for them if they need it. If the baby is with them, show them that you care about the baby. Talk to the baby, tell them how cute he is. Let them meet your parents also. That will make them feel better.

I want to start babysitting to raise money but there aren't many people i know that need a babysitter. how should i get started?

Make little posters and put them up around your town. Ask your family to talk to people and see if anyone needs a babysitter. Put an ad in the local newspaper saying that you are looking for babysitting jobs. It'll all work out.

What the youngest baby do you think that you would put a 14 year old in charge of? And do you really think that at 14 they are responsible? (link)
Ive taken many many child care classes. At the age of 14, I would say the youngest, maybe 6. I wouldnt put them in charge of an infant or toddler. They might not know how to handle the crying or changing or keeping the toddler out of things that could harm them.
