I am 12 and I would like to start babysitting. I have a neighbor who has a 6 year old granddaughter and I occasionally baby sit her for an hour or so. I'd like to have more clients (you could call them), but i don't want to have strangers calling me everything friday night. Any ideas? (link)

Check with your school. Teachers are great references. Also, friends parents can help spread the word as well. Bottom line is, you have to start out with babysitting for some strangers before you start to get a good reputation.
