Ok, I'm 13 (14 next week), 5'1", and 161 pounds. I'm very overweight. Embarrasing, but it's the truth. I need to lose weight. I really want to lose like 50 pounds by Christmas possibly sooner. My mom was going to order the Nutrisystem foods for me but it has been delayed(probably cancelled) cuz we just can't afford spening 300 dollars on something like that right now. Is there anything else out there that can help me?! I don't want diet pills or ebooks but maybe some type of prepackaged food meals that maybe are a little cheaper. Or like a diet plan just for me that doesn't cost much!!! (link)

Try the Atkins diet. It works really well, all you have to do is cut out carbs and things. Just go to www.atkins.com for more info. It's basically just eating healthier. This website will give you recipies that are easy to make and they taste great. Good luck!!!

i want to go on a diet. every is like "no you are so skinny!" which is true, but i want to stay skinny! im not trying to loose weight, im trying to maintain it! so please help me out on ways to do that! (link)

Just keep yourself in shape...like jogging and staying active should help you a lot...especially if you are already skinny...You really dont even need to diet if you just want to maintain your shape...

im a 14/f, almost 15, and im around 5'4 or 5'5 and about 135 pounds, but im muscular. how many shots would be safe to drink? i drink for fun, but i want to be sure i dont get blood alcohol poisioning. what would the safe amount to drink be? (link)

Nothing is a safe amount for a 15 year old...It could really damage your body...Especially if you are athletic and plan to stay athletic...
