I'm just curious, legally, can you get an abortion if you're under 18 without parental consent in the state of Florida?
Or do your parents have to be present and sign papers and stuff, because of the medial risks?

your parents would have to be there. because you are considered a minor. 18 and older your aloud to. but i don't agree with abortion if you don't want the baby there are many families out there that are willing to take it because they can not have children of their own.
