I have also written some short stories, none have been published to date. I have always been the person friends come to for advice, so I figured I may as well try this :) I welcome you to bring on ANY question. I am not shy or offended easily.

does any have a fav nacho recipe? (please not just any random one, but one you've personally tried?)
My special nachos:
Ingredients:
Large bag of Tortilla Chips
1 lb. ground chuck or hamburger
2 2lb. bags of shredded taco cheese
1 packet Ortega Taco Seasoning
Optional:
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped small
Chopped fresh lettuce
2 roma tomatoes, chopped
Sour Cream
Salsa
Directions:
*Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.*
1) Fry meat over medium heat until browned. Drain. Add slightly over 3/4 cup of water to pan. Whisk in packet of taco seasoning; add meat and stir until blended. Simmer until thickened. Set aside to cool.
2) Put tinfoil on a large baking sheet to help with clean up. Use cooking spray evenly on entire surface of foil. Set aside.
3) Chop your veggies and set aside in small bowls if you have them.
4) Time to prep your baking sheet. Layers; Chips, cheese, meat, green pepper, onion. Do this twice or even 3 times if you can. Use a lot of cheese, it makes the dish!
5) Put in your preheated oven and cook for 10-13 minutes. Adjust time to your preferences.
6) Set bowls of remaining veggies, salsa, and sour cream out. And enjoy!
