My fav recipe is for Shrimp Curry. I made it up myself one day when I was experimenting.

Firstyou get a ring of shrimp (or a bag) itdoesn't matter as long as you hve a least 50 small shrimps or 40 big shrimps.

Heat up a tabblespoon or so of butter in a frying pan.

Let the butter sizzle a little bit. When it starts sizzleing add a little bit of crushed garlic to the frying pan.

Add the shrimp to the frying pan and cook the shrimp untill almost done then add a whole lot of curry powder, paprika, chile pepper, black pepper, tumeric or any combination of your fav spices but keep the curry powder or it wouldn't be 'curry'.

Easy Version : buy a small jar of curry paste.
cook shrimp, dump the curry paste in with what ever you are cooking the shrimp in and cook untill most of the curry paste is gone add a little water if it's to thick.
