i don't totally understand the vitamin water that has a milion differnet colors...
like does one water help you lose weight?
or does another one help you get calcium in your body if you don't consume enouf calciu?

Each color has a different flavor, and each color does something different for your body. Like The yellow color gives you energy, and the red kind has triple antioxidents and stuff. No it doesn't make you loose weight, but say if you are trying to loose weight Vitimin Water will help. :]
