hey i wanna know where to get short shorts for not alot of money.. dont suggest hollister american eagel or any places like that.. that isnt my style and i also want some tight shirts.. i want low prices cause i dont have much money til next month and i need em now.. i wear mainly clothing like rocawear,babyphat,ecko..gunit..thanks bunches if you can help

im asking this question for my friend...
one year ago, when my friend and her family were away, some little girl was walking through the alleyway. my friend's neighbor's dog is really big and scary, so the little girl ran, and jumped my friend's fence to hide from the dog, and as a result, broke her arm and needed surgery.
one year later, my friend's parents get a letter in the mail saying that they will be getting sued because it happened on their property. IT'S NOT EVEN THEIR FAULT. can they fight against this?
i dont think so because it was on their property but they can sue for the animal being cruel. sory cant give ya more.
