tell a friend and a councelor who ever you think would help themost but do something anything !! i cut myself now and i cant stop cause im so depressed all the time !! dont let cutting take over your body !!! see evry time i get depressed i cut my self and i cant help it i cry after i do it and i cant see why i cant stop !! hurry and get help before it gets too late !! dont make the choice i made !!! hope i helped !! good luck
