advice

When I stand up from sitting or laying down, I get really light-headed, dizzy, and everything goes completely white for like 15 seconds. It's almost like temporary blindness. I've talked to various doctors about it, and they tell me the same thing, "stand up slowly." I tried that, but it still doesn't work. I can't see another doctor because we are reall ylow on money, so does anybody have any advice?

if it goes away in a few seconds, why worry?
& if it's happened to you a lot of times & nothing really bad has happened, really don't worry. and yeah i'm sorry to say this but i would keep trying to stand up slower. hope this helps ! ♥ katie

My sister just had a baby and he husband's last name is Wood. Well, my sister has always wanted to name her daughter "Holly". So we just need a few HONEST opinions here.

How can I become a better person?

well it really depends. you should probably more specific. i know this is kinda weird but a really good rule to follow is if you are talking to someone & you think you're going to say something mean or w/e .. just think .. we're going to cedar point on monday and i really really really WANT to go on a rollcercoaster but i'm SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Scared!! all my friends are trying to help me but i dont know if i can do it. Last time, i almost broke out in hives and fainted cuz i was so scraed. what is some advice from former scared-people or anybody? Know anything i can repewat to amkeme more confident.. I've been tryign to go on one all my life. HELP

okay this is really, really, REALLY, really random, but, the BEST books to read in the summer are -- Summerland, Aquamarine, && Indigo. Theyre all great books that are related to summer! haha well hope i helped! ♥ katie

What exactly is an ipod shuffle? Is it still like an ipod only it shuffles songs? Im not sure

yeah it's kind of like that except it's smaller, has a different design, && only holds 120 songs. it's also much more lightweight && you can basically take it anywhere. yeah the main thing though is it plays songs in a random order, but, of course, you can always change the setting on the back to get it to play the songs in the order they are on your itunes account. the other main difference is there's no LCD screen. i hope i helped! ♥ katie
