My parents told me the first day of january that they were getting a divorce. On the 24 of janurary my aunt died who was the most important person to me in the world. Six weeks later a very close family friend died. Four weeks later I broke up with my girlfriend of 3 years. It seems like my life is just going to hell. I am constantly deppresed and see a grief councilor but it dosn't help. (link)

first of all, i'll tell you about my life, (not in a mine's worse than yours way). I was sexually abused from the age of 9 until i was 15, then at 16 i attempted suicide for the first time, at 17 i moved house, i was then involved with a man who beat me for 6 months, then my dad died unexpectedly in my arms the week before christmas, i lost my job, got into another relationship where i was attacked for 9 months, got sectioned, had 4 miscarriages, saw my brothe go to prison, and take another 17 overdoses in attempts to kill myself!
now the good part, i am 25 years old.
I have just this minute taken another overdose, my 4th in 5 days, because i'm just not doing it right!! I do, however believe that your life will get better! i dont knw how, but you seem like a nice young guy who will look back in 10 years and be proud that you came through this difficult time!
