13 is a naturally emotional age for a lot of girls because of puberty. getting your period for the first few times(if thats the case for you) growing boobs and having your hips spread ups your hormones and that gives you mood swings =P and if none of those things appear to be happening to you yet it just means they're coming up.
You could also have depression...but it sounds more like hormones. And it doesn't help either to have nice things XD and no, it doesn't seem like you're bragging. It seems like you're thankful for what you have. =]

Q: 15/f
I just started going to a boarding school liek a month ago. Recently I've been feeling like I'm always fighting back tears. I've been way too overremotional. And it's not just because of pms- because my emotional side effects that go along with that are not this extreme ever. I'm really homesick and I hate being here for a lot of reasons and I don't have any friends or a boyfriend.
I'll be trying to do something and all of a sudden tears will start to smoulder in my eyes. Especially when anyone asks me some kind of question- even if it's normal... I'll start crying (or nearly, but fighting the urge) at the drop of a hat.
What's wrong with me?
(ps: i've already passed puberty so that's not it)

There are many things in life that can make a teenage girl cry. I guess most of us are just naturally hormonal....but thats even WITHOUT the added stress of boarding school. I can't imagine what it would be like to start a new school and not even be able to go back to my family at the end of the day.
It sounds to me that you're stressed and possibly very very anxious. Take a few deep breaths and tell yourself everything will be okay - because it will be. Find something to lose yourself in.....books are good for that sort of thing, or maybe a hobby. Something to relieve stress and help you forget your worries for a while. What I mean is, try to find something that will give you a reason to get through the day.
Friends come in time, and boyfriends aren't that important. Just give it time, people tend to be more friendly than alot of people give them credit for. Try to be yourself..even if right now it feels like you can't be.
Sorry if I'm way off the mark xD this is just my opinion. If it doesn't bother you then you may want to go to a counselor if your school has one...and if they aren't too annoying.
Try to relax =] time is on your side.

Hiiiiiiii.
I'm spookykiwi.
I know a lot of weird things, about a lot of weird things. Things I don't even remember learning about. Things I probably shouldn't know given my age. Teenager stuff. Pervo stuff. Misc nobody-cares stuff. Computer stuff. Love stuff. Friend stuff. General knowledge stuff. How-the-hell-do-I-know-that stuff.
Sooo. Yeah. If you have a question under any of those categories LOL feel free to ask. I don't bite. Or nip even.
