ok, so i like this guy a lot, but he liked this girl who is really nice, fun, and outgoing. but she has a boyfriend, and when i say boy friend i mean head over heels in love and would never cheet on him boyfriend. So, i know he has no chance with her, and he knows it too, so how do i turn it around so he likes me? (link)

well, you gotta be there for him, and jus be his mate, and let him know that unlike other girls who are always off and inconveniently falling in love, that you will be ther for him.
it means you'll get to be mates a lot more, then you'll have more time to realise if you do really like him and all his annoying little habits.
eventually, being male and therefore a little slow on the hints, he'll probably come to see you being more than a friend, jus make sure you dont jus hold out for him, theres nothing better than a girl having a boyfriend for all the guys youve ever liked to come out of the woodwork and confess their undying love.
