I love you can come at different times in any relationship. I fell in love with my boyfriend before we had been together long. We were friends then we decided to be a couple and everything fell into place, I think it was about a month. Which I know seems kind of fast, I don't think it matters when just on how you feel, but don't say I love you to someone if you don't really mean it because it will come back as a negative in the end.
