I am a 21 year old female, slowly making my way through college at a small school.I am a useless burden on society, basically living a shallow life for my own enjoyment.
I have experience in the areas of : crappy retail jobs, long-term relationships, long-distance relationships, cancer, college, philosophy, and French. So if you have questions about any of that stuff, BRING IT ON. Also: drug use, depression, having no friends, loneliness.
But I'll give any question a shot. I will tell you exactly what I think. It may not be great advice, but I'll let you be the judge of that. And I'll always propose a solution, so take it at your risk.

I'm 16 years old and I have a boyfriend I've been with for 4 months. I havn't really been the one to have a whole lot of girls as friends and the ones I've had my mom always has a problem with and in the end I'm not allowed to hang out with them. So lately its just been me and my boyfriend, which isn't bad. But I've been thinking about when I go away to college or later on in life, will I look back on this time period of my life and regret not bieng so social? My parents have been together since highschool and they are happy, but I'm not them. I just don't want to have any regrets on highschool or college or anything... (link)

Do what makes you happy now. Would it make you happier if you made a few friends? There's no harm in trying. If you don't really think it would make you happier, though, then don't bother.

Ok, last sunday I went to the scary haunted house hay ride, cornmaze place. Well, while my 2 freinds and I were there, we met these guys. Me and one guy hit it off real fast and we were all over eachother... not makeing out though (just the hands and arms) so, at the end he asked for my number. I gave it to him. Then he came back and sad can I give you my number and I was like my ohone doesn't work.. it really doesnt! I left it out in the rain and the screen doesn't work I can only call people. So i told him that and i thnk it turned him off... anyways I really like him and have been thnking about him since then. I have asked so many people if they know hinm and finally my freind said yes. SO, she's getting his s/n and number for me. Here's my problem do you think I will look desperate? what should I say to him? i really really like him. Where can we go together? we live like 20 min away from eachother. pleas write back with answers and tips for me!!! (link)

Nah, you don't look desperate. Stop worrying about every little detail. You can't know yet whether it will work out or not, so just do what you want to do.
Maybe you could meet him at his school, if he goes to school. He probably likes to hang out somewhere after school and you could just ask him to walk around with you.
Tell him you really had a good time and hope he did too. He'll know what you mean. And if he rejects you, it will just be because he doesn't want to be with you, not because you said the wrong thing. so don't try to hard, just be simple and to the point.
