Im a 17 year old girl and my boyfriend is 16. I just asked my mom if he can come over and she said yes but i didn't ask my dad. He came over and my dad caught us ( not having sex just chilling on my bed) and now he told he that he is hurt. What should i tell him? I feel really bad but cant put any words into my head to tell him. (link)

Looking at the date of this posting, I'm a bit late but I figured I'd throw in my advice to ya!
It sounds as your dad isn't ready to give up "daddy's little girl" just yet. It seems as him telling you he is hurt by your actions is a way to let you know he knows you're growing up and you're going to start making different choices.
You're 17, you're a year away from legally being an adult. I wouldn't feel guilty or feel like you've done something wrong. After all, you did ask for your mom's permission and she granted it.
I would start by talking to your dad privately. Pull him into your room and or maybe in the kitchen when no one is home and let him know that you're going to be making different life choices and although you were caught with a boy, it won't make him lose any time with you or dad. It's just you're growing up and that's okay.
