there's no age limit to relationships... it's not a matter of how old you are, it's how ready you are. and if you feel that you're ready for a relationship, and she does too, go for it.
when approaching the girl you like, the first rule i'd set is to be friendly. she might never notice you if you blend into the woodwork, so take a chance and talk to her. find out what she's interested in and see if you have anything in common. first be her friend, then you can talk about taking it further.

ok so here i go before i talked about this guy i met at school at registration and he was so kl. well i saw him the other day and all he said was Hi!!!! compared 2 before when he talked for like 1 hour and 30 mins.... im not sure what 2 do? i really want his number and email or something but im so not the type of girl 2 ask a boy for there number! i heard he hangs around in the common room shall i just go there and see if he talks 2 me. someone advice me i will rate u high.thanx in advance. when he just said hi, he could've been preoccupied or busy, so he didn't want to start a real conversation. as for getting his number or email, i think you should just calm down. realize that no matter how much you love him, he's still just a boy. the next time you see him, talk to him. when a moment comes along, just say "hey, what's your screen name?" or something along those lines. if you can't find a moment, just wait until one of you has to go, and make it your moment.
