he's in denial. he dosent know what he wants to do. just give him time. its hard for guys to move on after they have been hurt, because they never know if you will do the same things to hurt them like the previous girl. talk to him as friends and gain his trust. that will probably work out for you. good luck.

Hey Kameron. Well I don't know if you want to answer this or not cause its kinda complicated, but I figured you wouldnt mind since thats why you have this column.
Anywayz about 3 months ago i ended my relationship with my ex after it had been over a year. He was my one and only, my true love! I did everything with him. Spent all my time with him! I think that became a problem. We started arguing alot! We argued almost everyday over stupid little things. He just tore me up cause it made me all depressed and I thought that was just the stupidest thing. And at some points i felt like i couldnt trust him cause i would find out certain things from other ppl. Then one day we got into a big argument and we didnt really talk. Then one day i was at the store and saw i friend that i hadnt seen in a while. He was a guy and we started talking and he started likeing me and i was still going with my ex at the time. I didnt wont to turn down that guy and i didnt wont to break up with my ex but then again i wanted to cause i was always hurt. So i did and me and the other guy started going out a week or so later. I am still with that guy but i tend to always think about my ex, I miss him alot. But i dont wont to break up with my bf cause he loves me and i dont wont to hurt him. He does make me happy but there are some things i dont like about him! I dont know what to do.I miss my first true love so bad but i dont wont to break my current bf's heart.

wow .. first off thats really sweet that he was cuddling with you and stuff .. but then again, he may be using you. but the way you described it to me it dosent really sound like that to me. i really dont know .. sounds like to me he is sending you really mixed up signals. the best advice i can give you is that you need to sit down and talk to him face to face. i know thats hard, but you will have to get over that if you really want to know whats going on. I know how you feel, i have a boyfriend that i have been dating for a little over 8 months. and i am crazy about the boy. hes 16 so he comes and sees me like 4 times a week, and im always over at his house on saturdays. but when i need to know something, i ALWAYS call him and ask him to come over. dont tell him that you need to talk to him, tell him that you have something for him. then when he walks in give him a hug. haha. he will get pissed but he can get over it. haha. that sounds like a plan. =) just for reference it is very hard to break up a girlfriend and boyfriend. it really all depends on the way they act around eachother and how long they have been dating. then again you also have to think how you would feel if someone tried to break up you and your boyfriend. i dont know about you, but i would be a little pissed. okay never mind... hmm lets see right off hand .. little things mean the most. and the best way to get a guys attention is to invite him over for an afternoon movie and just spend some time together. just you and him when hes not around all his friends. sometimes just a phone call or a sweet text message that says i love you means a lot to a guy. see hun .. guys ACTUALLY do have a sweet side. they just choose not to show it alot. but when a guy is around a girl he loves everything changes. and you can always tell if a guy is in love with you just by the way he looks at you. it really is the little things and simple things that matter. =)
