Ok my BF and I have been going out for almost 3 months. We went out before for about 1 1/2 months, and the whole time, I always feel so shy and self concious around him. What can I do to boost my confidence?

Don't worry a lot of people are like that. It's just part of growing up. It's okay, but you might want to adress him about it, if you haven't already. You guys can "practice" I guess you could say. Is it the way he acts when he's around, either Mr. Tough Guy or Sweet and Charming. It might be just when you see him, such a great looking guy with no flaws, and then you think of yourself, and think "o my gawsh, how could he like me, I'm so ugly. I didn't shave. What if he notices, what if he hates me then!" I'm sure he's probably thinking almost the exact same thing. You just need to remind yourself, if he doesn't like me for who I am, he's not worth it, I don't shave everyday, get over it. But it's totally natural! The more you get to know him, the more you can really trust and know that he's not gonna judge you for whatever fact that you are self concious about.
Whether your shy of him making the first move, or because he's just so darn cute, surprise him. Practice saying something to him, or kissing or whatever. I'm real sorry if this doesn't help, and I hope it will.
