Name is Rebecca. I live in the great ATL. People always seem to come to me for advice and I have not figured out why yet, so I decided to give this a shot. Be warned, if you ask a question, I will and only will give the honest truth. The truth may hurt like hell.

Voltaire (french philosopher) once said:

One of the chief misfortunes of honest people is that they are cowardly.

Okay, so I am 17/f and I have the 4 main flirty girl dvds...I can't do just teasing because I don't have enough room in my bedroom, but I love Booty Beat. I weigh like 180 and I'm 5'8''..deff overweight and I want to lose it fast. My question is mainly, how often a week should I do this program, when I do it 3 daysin a row I feel like my arms are gonna fall off and when I only do it every other day it doesn't feel like I did anything. Also I have back problems so its hard for me to do the cat crawls...
So how often should I do booty beat? (link)
Never heard of these videos, but your body needs rest after work outs, mostly if you just started. Instead of 3 days in a row, try to spread it out like 3 times a week [ex: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday]. As I have mentioned to everyone, you cannot lose weight as fast as you want and the problem with most people is they never have a REAL heart to mind change about losing weight. This is something you will have to continue doing for a long time for you to see the results you truly want.

Also, keep in mind, the more you do the exercises the easier it will become and the more per week or the more different exercises you can do if you are still sticking with the 3x per week. Just do NOT do it back to back if you are just starting out, good way to injure yourself.

Hope this helps.

Hi there! I've been doing sit-ups for about...oh i'd say 2 weeks without changing my diet at all. I see a bit of difference in my upper abs, but what I really notice is the fact that when I eat, my stomach doesn't become large and bloated with food, but instead stays normal, which I'd say is a sign something's going on in there haha. If I keep doing what I'm doing and cut out the carbs I'm eating, will I see further results in terms of actually seeing the muscles in my lower abs? THANKS! (link)
Actually there are different exercises for the lower and upper abs. Crunches and sit up alone will not work out the lower part of the abdominal muscles. Instead, try to do leg lifts [this is where you lay flat on your back and not make your heels touch the ground, also this means maybe 3inches- 6inches above the ground]. This will show major improvement to your lower stomach area. Diet is also a big play into it all. Keep up the good work, and be patient...getting a good body comes with a price!
