Hi i'm 5'3 (iunno if i did that right, 5 feet, 3 inches) and I weigh 137 lbs.
I want to healthily lose atleast 17 to 22 lbs by either the end of July or summer.
I walk/jog 30 minutes atleast 3 times a week, and am planning to take dance during the summer.
So is it possible? including if i exclude dance.
That's a good start, but you should start watching what you eat. Eat healthy foods in replacement for junky foods.
Example; When you want to reach for the chips, go for the pretzels, they're better for you.
Or if you want to go out to eat, don't go to McDonalds, try Subway.
You should also try to do workouts..
You can do 20 pull-ups and 10 push-ups a day.. and then once those get easier, try to add more.
But don't keep doing the regular boring workout, make it fun. Switch things around.
