17, f, 5'1", 135 lbs.
I was 148ish before, but I lost the weight (especially after) by going to the gym. I can't do that right now because I don't have the money to spend on it, nor do I have the time since it's senior year and all.
I don't have a huge problem with dieting, except for the occasional cheating out. I usually consume at least 1200-1500 calories a day.
I don't know if this is an actual valid work out plan, but I do Turbo Jam + toning exercises, 5 days a week, an hour max. so I need some help there :X.
Is it realistic to lose 15 pounds by February-Marchish? And another 10 pounds by June? (link)

Im certified for personal training. First you need to start eating 6 SMALL meals everyday.. that will speed up your metabolism. Its hard to have time to work out everyday, but changing the way you eat can really make a difference. no fast food, nothing high in sugar. It is possible to lose 15 pounds by February. This is what i do everyday and i lost a lot of weight..
go on the treadmill in the morning for 30 minutes, you do not have to run, do low intensity stuff because that burns fat, running just makes you build up cardio. Start off walking the first 10mins at 3.2 mph to warm up your muscles, after 5 minutes you should put the incline up to 4. go up to 4.3 mph with incline up to 8 or 10.
with the toning exercises...
do that every other day, your body needs rest, and over working your self will not help you,
also drink lots of water 8-10 glasses a day!
good luckk!
