hey i have until early July to lose 15 pounds [i'm 5'3] but i have absolutly NO modivation. I keep thinking i'll start tomorrow every day but it never happens and i eat junk all the time. so sooner or later i'm only going to have like a month to lose 15 pounds which wouldnt be easy at all. what im saying is i need help and lots of it... does anyone have any pointers on modivation and what not to eat [that i could last without for 3 months :)] haha... thank you soo much.

well keep a chart that says like monday 104 then tuesday 102 like record your weight everyday and if you lose weight youll get more motivated if you gain a pound mabey youl get more motivated.
