I guess you can say I am a born advice giver, my family and friends all ask me for it, its kind of a gift! I really love helping others, its what i was born to do and people like oprah and tyra banks inspire me so much! I don't give advice based on what i feel i give it on the basis of what is right, just and moral. I think that is so important, to give advice free of bias!
I like giving advice mainly on relationships and to people with low self esteem and basically anyone who is genuine in wanting some help!
I have seen a lot of the world, i have helped lot of people with a lot of different problems so i do give quite good advice!! :)

is it true that you cant lose weight in your arms?? if not, does anyone know any specific excercises i can do at home to tone my arms and my legs? if you want direct me to a site. im really desperate and anything helps. thnx in advance =].
Ok arm time! The best exercise for your arms, 100 per cent fool proof way to tone is to stand about 60 cms from a wall. Put your arms out on the wall and lower yourself up and down. Repeat 3 sets of 15. Can you feel the burning sensation in your upper arm? Good, that means your'e doing it right! For your legs i suggest jumping on a bike and going for a ride for 15 mins, really going hard at it! If you dont have the time simply crank up some music, lie on your back with your legs up in the air and pretend to ride! It works!!! My legs got really tonned from just doing this 3 times a day, once in the morning, after school and before bed for 2 mins. Try these exercises, you will see results. And dont forget, everyones body is beautiful!
