Ok i am not a skinny person i am really over weight and i wanna loose a lot of weight before christmas and stuff so i can feel better about myself and so people will stop making fun of me and stuff i would like to know what to buy how much to eat how much to exercise and what foods are good and not how long i have to exercise what to drink and everything. I pretty much only drink water so yeah.And i want to loose as many pounds as i can in a week/month/year. so plz give me soem advice.

Well you should just eat 3 meals a day, cause you have to stay healthy. Those 3 meals can include:
Carrots, and other vegetables. Meat is good, but no FAT meat. Stick to salads without sauce. And it's really good that you are already busy with drinking water, cause that is really good. If you want you can drink some diet coke or something. But do realise that when you want to lose some quick weight, you can better drink NO diet coke at all. But if you aren't on a quick lose diet, then you can drink some diet coke, but not to much. Exercise is really important too. You need to start with light weights, for your arms and legs, and build it up. Also, running is a good exercise. Do this at least once a day if you want some quick results. So working out is a big thing. It can include allot of sports, the sports you love the most are good time killers, that keep you busy, and away from food. If your friends are eating something, challenge yourself not to eat anything. You'll feel better about yourself. Do stuff you like the most and have fun. You can also buy workout videos that might help too. Good luck with it! ♥
