Hey! I'm a small girl-13 and I'm pretty fit everywhere except for my tummy! I do crunches all the time since im a dancer. That has worked with my upper abs, but has't done much to my lower abs. I know about leg lifts and those sort of excersizes, but im never really motivated to do them! Any suggestions?

Some side info: My tummy is really skinny when I wake up, but as the day moves on and as I eta my meals I get fatter. This is so frustrating!! How can I avoid this also?! (link)
yeah it's weird , i've talked to a lot of people about that second thing. my stomach's really flat when i wake up like it almost caves in , but then the instant i eat something it gets bigger. you just have to eat less fatty foods in the morning and eat them slower and your stomach will still get a little bigger as the day goes on but not by much. just don't eat french toast, waffles, or anything like that for breakfast. try an apple, banana, any fruit, etc. you could try doing the exercises right before you go to bed if you can't go to sleep. or right when you wake up if you don't wanna get outta bed right away. ♥


I need to lose a few pounds!!! Is there any way to lose about 5 or 6 pounds in a week or two? Health tips, Fitness tips, even Beauty tips... I need them all! Please help! Thanks

What do you eat now? If you take in a lot of junk food, you definitely need to cut down on that. Just keep telling yourself to stay determined no matter what, and you'll feel a lot better that you didn't pick up the bag of potato chips. If you drink a lot of soda right now, try eliminating that from your diet. If you absolutely can't, at least try reducing because there are absolutely no nutrients, just empty calories and sugar in a can of pop. Make sure you still eat though, because if you don't, your body will start eating up your muscle for fuel, and then you'll feel even more groggy than usual. Try eating about six or seven SMALLER meals instead of three large ones. This helps boost your metabolism. Also, drink a lot of water, and stay hydrated. Whenever you drink, make sure the fluid is cold because then your body has to work and get rid of a lot more calories in order to bring the fluid up to your normal body temperature. Exercise, even if it's hard. If you drive, park far away from the grocery store so you have to walk a little while. Try taking strolls around your neighborhood, or even riding your bike places. You'll feel a lot better about yourself. It may not be easy to lose five or six pounds in a short week, but you'll be a lot healthier and lose at least some weight if you follow these guidelines for a while.
