I love giving advice, I can say that I am good at it, most people i know come to me for advice. I am going to Uni next year and have a great boyfriend. I love keeping in shape and watching the Oc :) I do well in school I have an over 80 average and I LOVE giving advice! So ask me a question!!!

Do diet pills really work? I know there not healthy or anything. But i was thinking that if I went to my doctor they could perscribe me some healthy diet pills. Has anyone ever took them or a family/friend? And did it actually work. And yes I DO need to lose weight. Not a little about 100 pounds or so by next september or december. --And im also talking about the diet pills you can by in the stores. Thanks!

Hey, diet pills do work, but there is a catch, if you ever read a diet pill bottle it will say something to this effect" only works when calorie intake has been modified and exercise is being taken place" So basically the pills only work when you diet and exercise. So my suggestion is diet and exercise, BUT if you want to spend money and maybe get a chance in a weightloss assistant then buy diet pills, buy the Non ephedra because the ephedra's are banned because people have died from them. I would also suggest when buying them get a brand that people have heard of like you see on Tv because you know that they are safer then the ones people haven't heard of. I have taken diet pills and they do work, but they only work along with calorie modification and exercise. Hope i helped!

Ok, I have 2 years to lose 100 pounds or so! I need help though lol. What is the best diet south beach,atkins, ect. Like what should I do. And do you think it would take 2 years or shorter? And what should i NOT eat. Thanks if you can help me!

The best way to lose weight is to keep track of your calories, if your someone who wants to always eat (haha like me) then always eat fruits and vegetables they are the best things for you. And they have hardly any calories. Doing fad diets have there positives and negatives, but since you have 2 years for your weight loss then I would suggest NOT doing a fad diet because they end up working (but only for a VERY short period of time) Start doing things small like if you drink alot of pop, then drink one a day and then drink none, replace it with water. Start walking more in a day park your car farther away from where u have to go. The best thing you can do is to try and through in exercise everywhere you go. Buy a pedometer (it counts how many steps you take in a day) and try and reach 10 000 (thats what you should take in a day to be considered active) Then each day try and beat your goal. Another thing you could look into are Ephedra free supplements that can help you suppress your appeptite. I am throwing alot of ideas in there but basically cut your calories, drink tons of water, eat lots of fruits and vegies and exercise! if you want to talk further into dieting I can help you , just contact me, my email is my nickname at hotmail.com
